SHIPPING COSTS


Express delivery is free for orders over € 150.00 in the whole Italian territory .
The total cost of shipping will be calculated once you have entered all the products in the cart. The shipping costs calculated depend on the weight and volume of products purchased .

METHOD

Bimbo Convenience, in the case of multiple purchases of an item at the same time by multiple clients, reserves the right , once you receive your order, to communicate non-acceptance, if the item is not available .
For each order placed , Bimbo Convenience invoice the goods shipped, sending a copy to the e- mail address you entered when you order, for the data are authentic information submitted by the customer when the order, pursuant to Article DPR 445/2000 and DL 52 /2004.
Bimbo Convenience offers you the opportunity , if you intend to make a gift, to deliver the parcel to a different address to that of the buyer, by filling out the distinct field in the order; obviously the billing will be sent to the e- mail address you entered when ordering.
At the delivery the customer is required to check in the presence of it :
The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document .
The description on the packages is as actually indicated on the shipping document .
That the packaging is intact , perfectly sealed , or otherwise altered . Any damage in the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or descriptions, should be informed immediately to the carrier , adding the word NOT SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR PACKAGING INTACT , packing wet or missing parts etc. . then the proof of delivery courier you must specify the reason for this reserve . Once you have signed the Courier , the Customer may not oppose objection on the external characteristic of the delivered goods.
 
Bimbo Convenience is not responsible of the lack of goods received in packages that are damaged accepted without placing the words NOT SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR PACKAGING INTACT .
Any problems concerning the correspondence , completeness or physical integrity of the products received must be reported within three days of delivery by contacting our customer service department via e-mail assistenza@bimboconvenienza.it , for the damaged goods necessarily send digital photos to assess the extent of damage .
In the case of non-collection within five working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer when ordering or rejection of the goods , the order will be automatically canceled and there will be addebbitate shipping costs of return equal to € 24.00 per single collars , € 72.00 for shipments on pallets , and any costs of storage accrued .


DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery will take place from Monday to Friday except public holidays in the normal timeslot work .
All items ordered before 11:00 on a working day , if available , are entrusted to the courier the same day. The delivery times are within 2-3 working days , to the islands and uncomfortable place is 1 or 2 more days.
When there is next to an article " AVAILABLE WITH DELIVERY IN 20 DAYS " or " AVAILABLE WITH DELIVERY IN 40 DAYS " means that the product in question must reach respectively WITHIN 20 DAYS WITHIN 40 DAYS or from one of our suppliers in the face of an order.
Please note that these delivery times are for identification purposes only , and while true, Bimbo Convenience undertakes no commitment or guarantee of compliance.
In no case, therefore, will be borne by Bimbo Convenience direct and / or indirect damages for late delivery .
In the event that in the same order they are no items available for immediate delivery along with items to be ordered , the customer will receive a delivery in ONE SHIPPING WITHIN 20 to 40 WORKING DAYS .
