RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1 . Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not indicate the purchase order form Bimbo Convenience a reference to VAT ) , is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, except as described in paragraphs 3 and 5.
2 . To exercise this right, the customer must send Bimbo Convenience a notice to that effect within ten working days from the date of receipt of goods. Such notice shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to:

or by telegram or fax sent within the above stated period of ten days, followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt MUST be sent within 48 hours. The goods must be returned intact, with all its parts and in its original packaging (bags and boxes) , preserved and possibly used in the normal care , without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions of the following 3 and 5 .

3 . The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions :
The law applies to product purchased in its entirety, it can be exercised only on the withdrawal of the product purchased (eg : accessories, software, attachments , etc ...) ;
The law does not apply to audiovisual products or to sealed computer software ( including those attached to hardware) once opened;
The products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables , etc ...) to limit damage to the original package , we recommend, when possible, to enter into a second box should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product;
according to law , the shipping costs for return of the goods shall be borne by the customer also will not be reimbursed for the costs of delivery to the customer (though not displayed at time of order ) and any other costs indicated at the time of ' order;
ship until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer ;
if the goods are damaged during shipping, Bimbo Convenience will notify the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of goods in their stores) , to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement the value of the goods (if insured), in this case, the product will be made available to the client for his return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal ;
Bimbo Convenience is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments ;
on his arrival in stock , the product will be inspected for any damages not caused by transport . If the package and / or original packaging are damaged , Bimbo Convenience will deduct from the refund due to a percentage not exceeding 10% of the same , as a contribution to the costs of restoration.
 
4 . Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original , Bimbo Convenience will refund the customer the full amount paid within fourteen days of return of goods, by transfer of the amount charged to the credit card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, the Buyer shall promptly provide to the bank on which to obtain reimbursement ( IBAN code - ABI - CAB - Account of the invoice).
 
5 . The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents) in cases where Bimbo Convenience finds:
not diligent use of the property which has compromised the integrity or the use of any supplies ;
the lack of external and / or internal packaging;
the absence of elements of the product (accessories, cables , manuals, parts , ...);
damage to the product for reasons other than transportation .
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods remain at the headquarters of Convenience Bimbo available to the Customer for collection at your expense .

 
WARRANTY
6 . All products sold by Bimbo Convenience are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24 months warranty for defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 . To qualify for the warranty, the Customer must keep the invoice (or DDT).
The exercise of the Guarantee may provide for a request for assistance to the Authorised Service Centres in the area and / or follow the procedures outlined in the documentation within the product packaging.
7 . The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation included in the packaging of the product. If , following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty , the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by authorized, and the transportation costs, if supported by Bimbo Convenience.

8 . The guarantee of 24 months in accordance with Decree 24 / 02 applies to products that present a conformity defect , provided the product is used correctly , in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation . This guarantee is for private consumption (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase without indicating in the order form a reference to VAT ) . In case of lack of conformity, Bimbo Convenience shall, at no cost to the customer , the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or reduction of the price , until the termination of the contract. If , following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity in accordance with Decree 24 / 02, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by authorized, and the transportation costs if incurred by Bimbo Convenience .

9 . The replacements in case of DOA ( Dead On Arrival: product not working on delivery ) takes place only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The timing of replacement or repair of any product depends solely on the policies of the manufacturer .

10 . In the event that , for whatever reason , were not able to make its customers a product warranty (repaired or replaced) , Bimbo Convenience may proceed at its own discretion to refund the amount paid taking into account the use of the asset or the replacing it with a product of equal or superior characteristics .

11 . The time to repair or replacement of the product depends solely on the policies of the manufacturer and no damage can be obtained at Bimbo Convenience for any delays in repairs or replacements.

12 . In cases where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging , complete in all its parts ( including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment : manuals, cables, etc. ... ) , to limit damage to the original package , we recommend to enter into a second box should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original product packaging .

 
APPROVAL
13 . The seller declares that all the products in the catalog are sold and standards-compliant and certified according to the standards of the European Community . The seller is not liable in case of any deviations from the standards of countries not belonging to the European Community and / or their lack of approval of such products in those countries.
 
PRIVACY POLICY
14 . The personal information requested under the order are collected and processed in order to meet the expressed demands of the customer and will not under any circumstances and no license to third parties . Bimbo Convenience guarantees its customers the respect of rules on the processing of personal data covered by the Privacy Code referred to in Legislative Decree 196 dated 30.06.03.

COMPLAINTS
15 . Any complaints must be addressed to Bimbo Convenience , Via Pittore 124-80046 San Giorgio a Cremano (NA) within seven days of receipt of goods.

 
APPLICABLE LAW
16 . The contract of sale between the customer and Bimbo Convenience is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance , if the customer is a consumer, the territorial competence is that of the reference hole of his town of residence in all other cases , the local jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Naples.
